    SellAnyCar Singapore Payment System:

    What are the payment methods on SellAnyCar Singapore?

    Secured payment service is the service which SellAnyCar Singapore Pte Ltd holds the payment from the Buyer temporarily until SellAnyCar Singapore confirms the shipment of the vehicle.

    What are the benefits to buy through SellAnyCar Singapore?

    The following aspects can be benefits to buy through SellAnyCar Singapore:

    • The Buyer can receive the vehicle ordered, where the vehicle VIN/Chassis
      number will be checked by SellAnyCar Singapore Pte Ltd.
    • The Buyer can request for a refund if the Seller fail to ship the vehicle within the appropriate agreeable period of time.
    • The Buyer can receive refund if the Seller cancels the order due to the Seller’s fault, bank charge is required for refund.

    Is there any maximum amount of purchase price?

    There is no maximum amount of purchase price on SellAnyCar Singapore.

    Can I use the service even if I am not a member?

    At the moment, only registered and verified members can buy through SellAnyCar Singapore.

    Are there any charges to buy through SellAnyCar Singapore?

    There will be no service charge for buying through SellAnyCar Singapore, except for annual subscription when applicable.

    How does SellAnyCar Singapore protect me?

    SellAnyCar Singapore guarantees the shipment of the vehicle. Depends on the case, buyer will be able to request for refund of the payment if the Seller does not ship the ordered vehicle.

    Please note that SellAnyCar Singapore will not be responsible or guarantee the conditions, model type, or any other issue concern to the vehicle.

    Issue Proforma Invoice:

    How can I get CIF (C&F) price/total cost from the seller?

    It can be checked on SellAnyCar Singapore website. Please contact our customer service and we will able to estimate the standard CIF for you.

    If I want to negotiate price with the seller. How can I do it?

    Please negotiate with the Seller directly using the message system by logging in to SellAnyCar Singapore.

    Please note, SellAnyCar Singapore does not accept any payment, which differs from the amount on the Invoice, even if the Seller and the Buyer agree on the discount after the Buyer bid on the price.

    What if I would like to change the terms of the Vehicle Sales Agreement (VSA)?

    The terms of VSA cannot be changed. If any party (either the Buyer or the Seller) does not agree on the terms of VSA which is provided by SellAnyCar Singapore on the website for the order, SellAnyCar Singapore payment service cannot be used.

    How do I set payment deadline?

    Only the Seller can set the payment deadline. If the Buyer wants to change the due date, the Buyer should contact the Seller to amend for the extension.

    Can I ask the Seller to change price after receiving Proforma Invoice?

    If the Buyer wants to change price on Proforma Invoice, the Buyer should contact the Seller and negotiate the price through SellAnyCar Singapore message system. Once both parties come to an agreement, please ask the Seller to re-issue the Proforma Invoice with the agreed price.

    Cancellation Policy:

    The cancellation fee will be charged to the responsible party after investigating the situation.

    Should I have the Marine Insurance on the shipment?

    Yes, all shipments domestic and international, must be insured for the vehicle’s full value. Failure to insure the vehicle for its full value means assumption of liability in the event the merchandise is damaged or lost.

    Who pays the expenses of the money transfer?

    The Buyer must pay bank transfer charge. Please make the payment including the bank charges. In the case of payment shortage for the transferred amount, SellAnyCar Singapore will NOT accept payment from the Buyer.

    Do you accept credit card payment?

    Credit Card payment is acceptable with SellAnyCar Singapore.

    Do you accept PayPal payment?

    Payment by PayPal is acceptable with SellAnyCar Singapore sercure payment service transaction.

    What if the chassis number on the invoice differs from the chassis number on the B/L?

    The Buyer should inform SellAnyCar Singapore if the chassis number of the B/L differs from the one on the Invoice.
    Please consult with the Seller if the vehicle has been replaced.

    What should I do when I complete the payment? To who do I need to report it?

    We will be notified in our system, please do not worry. You can also contact to our customer service to inform them if no notification has been sent to you.

    After confirmation of Payment:

    When and who would inform me with the confirmation of the payment?

    After SellAnyCar Singapore confirms the payment, the Buyer will be notified through the message system on SellAnyCar Singapore. The expected period for payment confirmation will be in around 3-5 working days after completing the payment. However, the period depends on several circumstances (paypal, Transfer route etc). If the Buyer does not receive any confirmation after 7 days, he/she should consult with the local bank for tracing the payment.

    I would like to purchase another unit, so I would like either refund my money or make different contract with another Seller:

    The Buyer cannot shift the payment to other vehicle or other transaction. If the Buyer decides to cancel the order, SellAnyCar Singapore will charge following cancellation fee to the Buyer:

    • Invoice price less than US$ 1,400: US$ 350 (flat rate)
    • Invoice price between US$ 1,400 and US$ 7,299 handling charge US$ 200 + (Invoice price * 96.1%) *7.8%.
    • Invoice price over US$ 7,300: US$ 750 (flat rate)

    Who is responsible if the vehicle gets damaged on the sea?

    Please consult with the marine insurance company.

    How long does it take to receive the vehicle after I complete the payment?

    The Vehicle Sales Agreement defines that the Seller must ship the vehicle within 60 days after confirmation of the payment. However, the delivery time varies depends on the destination and the shipping schedule. Buyer can enquire anytime about the expected shipping date.

    Who should I ask about the shipping schedule?

    Our customer service team will be in contact with you for shipping schedule.

    Who would send me the original documents?

    The Seller will provide you with the export documents. Please consult with the Seller for the necessary certificates and documents.

    What if the Seller cannot ship the vehicle?

    If the Seller cannot ship the ordered vehicle, the Vehicle Sales Agreement is cancelled. If the cancellation of the contract is due to the Seller’s fault, SellAnyCar Singapore will refund the payment to the Buyer and transfer the funds to the account which the Buyer informed to SellAnyCar Singapore through the message system on SellAnyCar Singapore website. The cancellation fee (including the Bank charge) will be charged to the Seller.

    What if the seller cannot book the shipment?

    If the Seller does not ship the ordered vehicle within 60 days from the confirmation of the payment in any reason, SellAnyCar Singapore regards it as the cancellation of the Vehicle Sales Agreement. If the cancellation of the Vehicle Sales Agreement is due to the Seller’s fault, SellAnyCar Singapore refund payment to the Buyer and transfer the funds to the account which the Buyer informed to SellAnyCar Singapore through the system on SellAnyCar Singapore website.

    What if I cannot get any report about shipping schedule or loading information from the seller?

    Please consult with the Seller for the shipping schedule. If the Seller does not ship the ordered vehicle within 60 days from the confirmation of the payment in any reason, SellAnyCar Singapore will regard as the cancellation of the Vehicle Sales Agreement. If the cancellation of the Vehicle Sales Agreement is due to the Seller’s fault, SellAnyCar Singapore refunds payment to the Buyer and transfers the funds to the account which the Buyer informed to SellAnyCar Singapore through the system on My SellAnyCar Singapore.

    How can I cancel the order after the payment was confirmed by SellAnyCar Singapore?

    The Buyer cannot shift the payment to other vehicle or other transaction. If the Buyer decides to cancel the order, SellAnyCar Singapore will charge following cancellation fee to the Buyer:

    • Invoice price less than US$ 1,400: US$ 350 (flat rate)

    What happens if I transfer different amount than the amount stated on the Invoice?

    If the received amount to SellAnyCar Singapore account was different with the amount stated on the Invoice, SellAnyCar Singapore will not accept the payment and return it to sender’s bank after one month. The bank charge for return payment will be deducted from the amount received. The Buyer should make sure that he/she transfers the exact amount on the invoice including the necessary bank charge.

    After Shipment’s Arrival:

    What if I receive the different vehicle as the unit displayed on SellAnyCar Singapore?

    Please inform SellAnyCar Singapore if you find that the chassis number of the B/L differs from the number on Invoice. When you receive the car with the same chassis number but you are not satisfied with the car you receive, please contact the Seller directly. SellAnyCar Singapore does not guarantee the status of the car.

    I am missing some necessary documents.

    It is the Seller’s responsibility to send the necessary documents. Please consult with the Seller for the missing documents.

    What if I do not receive the documents?

    It is the Seller’s responsibility to send the necessary documents to the Buyer. Please consult with the Seller for the documents and ask for the delivery tracking code.

    What if I do not want to receive the vehicle which has been shipped out?

    Please consult with the Seller for the situation. Please note that SellAnyCar Singapore will not take responsibility for such situation, where your funds will be transferred to the Seller if the ordered vehicle has been shipped with the same chassis number.

    How can I receive tracking number of the document.

    The Seller should inform tracking number of courier after dispatching original document.
    Please consult with the Seller after the document has been sent.

    I can no longer use my account:

    When the Buyer cannot use the SellAnyCar Singapore account, the following reason can be considered:
    If SellAnyCar Singapore recognized several unpaid order in the Buyer’s account in short period of time, SellAnyCar Singapore would suspend the Buyer’s account.
    If SellAnyCar Singapore recognizes spam action in the Buyer’s account in short period of time, SellAnyCar Singapore would suspend the Buyer’s account.

    I receive the message asking me to transfer money to another bank account from the indicated bank account on the Invoice?

    If you receive any suspicious emails (guiding you to transfer funds to the different bank account from the Invoice), do not follow the instruction, and report it to SellAnyCar Singapore as it may be phishing email. We do not take any responsibility for the loss when the Buyer follows such instruction.

    I could not register the vehicle in my country. Can I return the vehicle to the seller?

    Once you receive the vehicle in your country, it is very costly to return the vehicle back to the Seller. Please contact to the Seller and discuss on the situation.

    I received a different Invoice, and it does not seem to be SellAnyCar Singapore Invoice. What should I do?

    Please contact SellAnyCar Singapore Pte Ltd first before transferring the payment. We will not be responsible for payment that are done outside of SellAnyCar Singapore.
